• When it comes to smoked cheese, there is no substitute for the real thing. All of the cheeses in this flavorful collection are smoked over a wood fire at our pack house in Barron, Wisconsin. Try them with an IPA, cured meats, artisan mustard, or all of the above!

  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

  "Old Smoky" Smoked Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.

  "Nonna Mozz" Smoked Mozzarella: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.

  Smoked Cheddar: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes.

  Bourbon Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, natural bourbon flavoring, annatto (color).

  Smoked Provolone: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes.

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet our return guidelines. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
