When to Expect Your Order

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Most items (excluding custom orders and items marked with "DS") will ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Furniture and large decor items may require additional processing time. Items marked with “DS” ship directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 14 business days to ship (we do not control this timeline). Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.

Holiday & High-Demand Periods

During peak times (holidays or sales), we may need an additional business day to process orders and send tracking information. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If your order is time-sensitive, such as a gift needed by a specific date, please note this in the checkout notes or email us at support@signastyle.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates. If we are unable to meet your deadline, we will notify you immediately, allowing you to decide whether to proceed or request a refund.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We provide clear, upfront details about shipping costs. Some products may incur additional handling charges due to size, fragility, or packaging requirements. These charges help ensure your items arrive safely. You will be notified of any additional fees at checkout or via email before processing your order.

Additional Fees from Trusted Partners/Makers

Certain items are made to order or come from trusted partners or makers, which may incur additional fees beyond the standard shipping costs. These fees could include special handling or delivery charges for large, custom, or specialty items. You will be notified of any additional charges at checkout before you confirm your order.

Freight Shipping (LTL)

Some oversized or fragile items — including certain furniture, mirrors, and specialty decor — require freight (LTL) shipping and are clearly marked on the product page. These items ship palletized directly from our trusted vendors and do not include total shipping costs at checkout.

Shipping costs for LTL freight vary based on destination, weight, dimensions, accessorial services (such as residential delivery or liftgate), and carrier availability. We will provide you with a custom freight quote after your order is placed or upon request before purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Payment Authorization Only: For freight items, your card will be authorized at checkout, but not charged until the shipping cost is confirmed and approved by you.

  • Finalizing Shipping: Once you approve the freight quote, we will capture payment and coordinate shipping.

  • Delivery Timing: Freight deliveries typically take 5–10 business days from vendor pickup, depending on location and carrier scheduling.

  • Delivery Conditions: LTL carriers deliver curbside. Liftgate and residential delivery are available for an additional fee.

  • Inspection Required: Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take clear photos. Report any concealed damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Once booked, freight charges are non-refundable unless the item is canceled before pickup (restocking fees may apply). Re-delivery fees may apply for missed appointments or restricted delivery locations.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@signastyle.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement as quickly as possible.

Product Availability & Backorder Information

We do our best to ensure product availability is updated in real time. However, due to high demand or supplier delays, items may go out of stock unexpectedly.

In the event of a delay or backorder, we will notify you immediately with alternative options, including the ability to hold your order or receive a refund. We do not automatically cancel backordered items and will keep your order on hold until the item becomes available again, unless you request otherwise.

Return/Exchange Information

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy to learn more about how to return or exchange items. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Local Pickup Orders

For local pickup orders, most items (excluding custom pieces) will be ready for pickup within 5 business days, depending on availability. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with instructions on how to schedule a curbside pickup. Please text 513-310-1085 to schedule your pickup time.
