Refund and Return Policy
Signastyle Home Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Signastyle Home ("Signastyle"). Returns and exchanges can be made up to fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees (unless the item is damaged or defective). Items must be postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please keep these guidelines in mind:
- Item Condition: Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as an email to support@signastyle.com to initiate the process (see additional instructions below).
- Damaged Items: If your item is damaged, please email support@signastyle.com with photos of the damage within 2 business days of receiving your shipment so we can assist you and notify our merchants.
Please note: Items without a receipt will receive in-store credit at the lowest selling price. Orders purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card. Returns for Christmas merchandise after December 25th will be refunded at the current selling price if not accompanied by the original receipt.
Shipping Charges: Signastyle only refunds shipping charges for damaged orders. All other shipping charges are non-refundable.
Am I Eligible for a Return?
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.
- Apparel must not have makeup stains, deodorant stains, animal hair, or smells of smoke.
- Items must fall within the return window specified in our policy and cannot be marked as "Final Sale."
If your item(s) meets all of the above conditions, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the return process below.
Return Process
- Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Signastyle only refunds shipping charges for damaged orders. All other shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds: We will refund the purchase price of the item(s), plus any applicable taxes, less any discounts, rebates, credits, or refunds already provided. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges (if applicable).
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for us to process your refund.
- Gift Card Refunds: Orders purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card. Items returned without a receipt will receive in-store/account credit for the store’s lowest selling price.
Defective Item or Order Discrepancy
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@signastyle.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include details and clear photos showing the defect. If there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Product Availability & Backorder Items
We strive to display accurate product inventory information. If a product’s availability changes after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and offer alternative options, including the option to request a refund. It is Signastyle’s general policy to hold your order until our stock is replenished unless we are directed otherwise. We will not automatically cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding if a delay occurs due to circumstances beyond our control.
Final Sale (No Exceptions)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance merchandise
- Custom pieces
- Items from our Furniture Collections including our Furniture Renewal and Restoration Collection
- All shapewear (shapers, leggings, shorts), jewelry, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, face masks, and eyewear (for hygienic purposes)
Please ensure you review product details and sizes carefully before purchasing.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used while valid. They cannot be added after the order is placed.
Order Alteration or Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or canceled. If you need to return an item, please follow the return process outlined below.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@signastyle.com. Then:
- Download and complete the return form from our website.
- Package the item(s) securely, using the original packaging if possible, along with the completed return form.
- We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s) during transit. Please remove any other labels from the package.
- Ship your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records. Tracking is highly recommended.
Please note that Signastyle Home is not responsible for lost or undelivered items. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When You Can Expect to Receive a Refund
Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your return. Once we process your return, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been received and your refund is being processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding shipping charges (if applicable). Items returned without a receipt will receive in-store credit at the store’s lowest selling price.
Furniture Items
- Furniture Sales: All furniture sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any furniture items, including those in our Furniture Renewal and Restoration Collection.
- Inspection: Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company directly. If you notice damage upon delivery, take photos and notify the driver.
- Shipping Damage: We are not responsible for damage or lost items that occur during transit. The buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company, and we will provide contact information as needed.
- Delayed Furniture Deliveries: Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Contact information for the shipping company will be forwarded to the buyer once the shipment is secured.
