Signastyle Home Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident shopping with Signastyle Home (“Signastyle”). Please review the information below carefully, as it outlines our return eligibility, process, and important exclusions.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Most eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to approval and the conditions outlined below. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
All returns require prior authorization and a completed Return Authorization Form. Returns received without approval or without the completed form may be delayed or refused.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please submit a return request through our Start a Return Request page or contact us at support@signastyle.com within 14 days of delivery.
If your return is approved, you will receive:

Return instructions, including the return address
Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

Items must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

Items must be returned in original packaging, with original tags attached (if applicable)

Items must be in resalable condition

Items must not be marked Final Sale
For apparel, items must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, smoke odors, or other signs of wear.
Preference-Based Returns
Returns due to personal preference — including but not limited to didn’t like the item, color or finish not as expected, or ordered by mistake — are accepted if the item meets all return requirements.
Please note that due to natural materials, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings, finishes and tones may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Preference-based returns follow this Return & Refund Policy.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective

Tracking is required for all returns

Signastyle Home is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
In some cases, a prepaid return label may be provided at our discretion. If a prepaid label is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) plus applicable tax

Discounts or promotions applied at purchase are not refundable

Orders purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card

Items returned without proof of purchase may receive store credit at the lowest selling price
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@signastyle.com within two (2) business days of delivery.
To assist with a damage or defect claim, please include clear photos of:

The outer and inner packaging

The shipping label
Photo documentation within this timeframe is required so we can notify our shipping or maker partners and determine next steps. Shipping charges are refunded only for approved damaged or defective orders.
Order Discrepancies
If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is an error with your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returning an Approved Item
Once your return is approved:

Complete the Return Authorization Form in full

Include the completed form inside your return package

Package items securely using original packaging when possible

Ship your return via UPS or insured USPS with tracking

Furniture Orders

Please inspect furniture immediately upon delivery

If damage is visible at delivery, take photos and notify the carrier before signing

Shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier

Signastyle Home is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during transit

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
Product Availability & Backorders
While we strive for accurate inventory listings, availability may occasionally change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options, including the option to request a refund.
Orders are typically held until restocked unless directed otherwise.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be altered or canceled once placed. If you no longer wish to keep an item, please follow the return request process outlined above.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Codes are valid only during their stated promotional period.
Chargebacks & Failure to Return Merchandise
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to filing a chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed and payment is reversed while merchandise remains in the customer’s possession, the customer is required to return the item(s) in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy or remit payment for their full value.
Failure to return merchandise following a chargeback may result in recovery efforts, including invoicing, account suspension, or legal action where permitted by law.
