When to Expect Your Order

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Most items (excluding custom orders and select specialty pieces) ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Furniture and large décor items may require additional processing time. Some specialty items ship directly from our trusted makers and may require up to 14 business days to ship. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


Holiday & High-Demand Periods

During peak periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended by an additional business day. We appreciate your patience during these times and will always communicate any delays.


Time-Sensitive Orders

If your order is time-sensitive (for example, a gift needed by a specific date), please include a note at checkout or email us at support@signastyle.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to meet your timeline, we will notify you promptly so you may decide how to proceed.


Shipping & Handling Charges

We provide clear, upfront shipping details whenever possible. Some items require specialized packaging or handling due to size, fragility, or delivery requirements. Shipping & handling costs reflect the care required to prepare your order and help ensure safe arrival.

Any applicable shipping or handling charges will be clearly presented at checkout or confirmed with you prior to order processing.


Freight Shipping (LTL)

Some oversized or fragile items — including certain furniture, mirrors, and specialty décor — require freight (LTL) delivery and are clearly noted on the product page. These items ship palletized directly from our trusted makers and require a customized freight quote.

Freight costs vary based on destination, item dimensions, delivery access, and carrier availability. A freight estimate may be requested prior to purchase, or we will provide a custom quote after your order is placed.

Important Freight Details:

  • Payment Authorization Only: For freight items, your card will be authorized at checkout but not charged until the freight cost is confirmed and approved by you.

  • Finalizing Shipping: Once approved, payment will be captured and shipping coordinated.

  • Delivery Timing: Freight deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days from vendor pickup, depending on location and carrier scheduling.

  • Delivery Conditions: Freight deliveries are curbside. Residential delivery and liftgate service are available for an additional fee.

  • Inspection Required: Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Once booked, freight charges are non-refundable unless an item is canceled prior to pickup. Re-delivery fees may apply for missed appointments or restricted delivery locations.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@signastyle.com. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.


Product Availability & Backorders

We make every effort to keep inventory availability current. However, due to high demand or production delays, items may occasionally go out of stock.

If an item becomes backordered, we will notify you promptly with available options, including holding your order or issuing a refund. Orders are not automatically canceled unless requested.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Local Pickup Orders

For local pickup orders, most items (excluding custom pieces) are ready within 5 business days, depending on availability. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with scheduling instructions. Please text 513-310-1085 to arrange your pickup time.
