100% wool flat weave rug or wall hanging
Woven using traditional heritage craft methods, on foot pedal looms by master Zapotec weavers
NOTES:
* Made-to-order Weaving will begin as soon as you place your order.
* Production time is generally 9-12 weeks, with updates via email.

* 100% natural sheep's wool, dyed using plant based natural dyes
* Natural dye batches are individually created for each weaving, & may vary slightly from the photo example.
* Please note that due to their handmade nature, pieces may have unique characteristics or small irregularities.

Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most items ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Custom orders and select specialty pieces may require additional processing time.

Return & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet our return guidelines. Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. Tracking is required for all returns.
Damaged item?
Please email us at support@signastyle.com within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you and notify our shipping partners.
Need to start a return?
Returns require approval and a completed Return Authorization Form. If payment is reversed through a chargeback, items must still be returned in accordance with our policy.
