How to Use Your Therapy Pack

Heat Therapy: Heat in the microwave in 30-second increments to your desired temperature. Do not exceed 30 seconds for the eye mask or 90 seconds for the neck wrap. Always check the pack's temperature before applying it to your skin.

Cold Therapy: For a cooling effect, store your pack in the freezer until it's ready to use.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most items ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Custom orders and select specialty pieces may require additional processing time.
