ブルーグラス醤油は、ケンタッキー州で生産された遺伝子組換えでない大豆、柔ら

かい赤い冬小麦、および石灰岩で濾過したケンタッキー州の純粋な湧き水を使用し

てマイクロブルワリーで醸造しました。大豆を発酵させ、バーボン樽で熟成させま

す。スモーキーかつ芳醇で、オーク(楢)のエッセンスと、ケンタッキーのバーボン

を連想させるマイルドな甘さがあります。

ブルーグラス醤油は、「Bizarre Foods America」、「America’s Heartland」、

「How It Made」に掲載されました。ニューヨークタイムズ、Southern Living、

Garden and Gun and Food and Dining、でもブルーグラス醤油ついてご覧頂けま

す。

Milkwood(ルイビル)、610 Magnolia(ルイビル)、Bistro 1860(ルイビル)、
