• Nothing says Wisconsin like cheese... and summer sausage! We used only the finest ingredients for our original Barron Sausage Company classic summer sausage. Savory and tangy with a hint of spice, it makes the perfect pairing for any of our cheeses, especially our classic Wisconsin cheddars.

• Mindful Packing & Shipping
  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

• Ingredients: Beef, pork, salt, dextrose, spices, sugar, lactic acid starter culture, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite.
