• Après-cheese! Like a warm chalet, this alpine-style cheese is the smooth, nutty sustenance you crave after developing an appetite on the slopes. Lift Adelheid to its peak melted in fondue or paired with a robust amber ale. Our smoked version is cold smoked to perfection with hickory and applewood at our Barron smokehouse.

  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

• Ingredients: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes.
