Sustainable forestry: Our cutting boards are made from several sheets of FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified birch with a melamine based top coat.  FSC is an independent member organization that promotes responsible forestry both environmentally and socially, with global standards for harvesting that both protect animal & plant life and regulate working conditions.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most items ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Custom orders and select specialty pieces may require additional processing time.
