This gourmet finishing salt is crafted with an all-natural hand-harvested sea salt enhanced with genuine Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, which has been smoked over Bourbon Barrel staves for an unmatched flavor. Its texture is suitable for decorative and flavor enhancing purposes, such as topping chocolates, confections, nuts, and other snacks. Notable pairings are ice cream, caramel, watermelon, or mixed drinks.
