  Made with real Kentucky Bourbon whiskey and naturally smoked in Barron, Wisconsin, our "Bluegrass" Bourbon Gouda cheese is a unique and unforgettable Cheese Brothers’ original creation. This Bourbon Gouda is a blend of creamy and smoky flavors that will pair perfectly with your favorite sausages and rustic, crusty bread. If you love bourbon, you won’t be able to resist this Gouda.

  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

• Ingredients: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, natural bourbon flavoring, annatto (color).
  

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most items ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Custom orders and select specialty pieces may require additional processing time.

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, most items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet our return guidelines. Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
